Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, except in the case of products which are handcrafted in which there may be slight and unique differences between the photographed product and the one you receive.   We do our best to make sure that the products are presented as accurately as possible in the photos on our website, but please remember that minor variations may be caused by certain conditions, such as the equipment used to view the website.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

To view your sales receipt, you can follow these steps123:

  1. Go to the Payments Center and sign in to your Account.
  2. Select "Activity" to find your receipt.
  3. Alternatively, you can view sales receipts in the "All Sales" section or directly in the "Customers" section.
How can I return an item?

1.Open a return request
When you request a return, the seller should get back to you within 3 business days. If the seller doesn't respond or you're unable to resolve the issue with them, you can ask us to step in and help.
To request a return, select the item you want to send back from your recent purchases above, or use the button below. You can also start a return request from your Purchases in your accounter.
2.Send the item back
When your return request is accepted, we'll send an email to your Messages asking you to send the item back. Make sure you ship the return by the date in this email to avoid any delays or issues in the refund process.
If you're responsible for purchasing the return shipping label, make sure you use a tracked service and add the tracking number to your return request. If the item being returned has a total cost of $750 or more, it will need to be returned with a signature confirmation.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes. Out of stock items are restocked as quickly as possible. If you request so on the item’s page, we will send you an email when it is available, in the colour and size you specify.If it is not possible to restock the item, we will remove it from the website.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently offer shipping to all U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses. Duty, handling, and processing fees are included in the shipping costs calculated at checkout.
